Exchange & Return Policy

At House of Kriti, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since all our outfits are crafted with great attention to detail, we currently offer Exchange Only Policy and do not provide returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • Unwashed and undamaged
    • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order/product.
  • Products purchased under customization or made-to-order categories are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours through:

  • Reason for Exchange
  • Required Size/Product

Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges will be processed only after the original product is received and passes quality inspection.
  • If the exchanged product has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount.

Product Exchange / Store Credit

  • If you wish to exchange your order for another product, store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued.
  • Store credit value will be equivalent to the product amount after deducting shipping/COD charges (if applicable).
  • The issued credit must be used within 30 days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

While we ensure strict quality checks, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Parcel opening video or clear images are mandatory for verification.
  • After inspection and approval, we will provide a replacement if applicable.

Colour Variation Disclaimer

Slight colour variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
A variation of 10–20% in colour tone will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Free shipping is available across India.
  • Reverse pickup/exchange shipping for the first exchange will be managed by HOK.
  • Any exchange after the first approved exchange request will not be accepted.

International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Cancellation Policy

At House of Kriti, orders are processed immediately to ensure faster dispatch and delivery. Therefore:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and order information before placing an order.
