Exchange Policy

At HOK, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. We offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange requests must be made through email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after 2 days from the date of purchase.

For our international customers, please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Defective Products

In the case of a defective product, we kindly request clear parcel opening videos or pictures to assist you better.

Any exchanged product undergoes a thorough inspection before approval for a genuine exchange.

Please note that each item is eligible for an exchange request only once.

We offer free delivery for all orders within India.

Detailed Terms and Conditions for Exchange

At HOK, we do not provide refunds, but we are more than willing to exchange garments for a different size or product if it doesn't fit or if you're unhappy with your order.

Initiating an Exchange:

- To initiate an exchange, please notify us of your request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order via email. Include specific details such as your name, address, contact information, order number, email ID, and the desired size.

- Size exchanges will be shipped after receiving your original order and conducting a quality check.

Store Credit:

- If you wish to purchase another product, we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code, equivalent to the original order value, minus cash on delivery (COD) or shipping charges, if applicable. This credit can be used for a purchase within 1 month.

Eligibility for Exchange:

- Exchanges will not be accepted for washed or worn products. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.

- Please note that each order is allowed one exchange.

- While we strive to deliver accurate orders, we acknowledge that human errors can occur. In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either provide a replacement or a 100% refund if the ordered product is unavailable.

Colour Variation:

- We do not accept a 10-20% colour variation as a valid reason for exchange.

Exchange Requests Timeframe:

- Exchange requests are accepted within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery, but not after this period.

Cancellation Policy:

At HOK, we pride ourselves on our efficient order processing and rapid delivery to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. As a result, we do not have a cancellation policy in place.

We are dedicated to fulfilling your orders promptly and providing you with top-notch service. Once you place your order, we begin the process of getting it to you swiftly. 

This means that we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications after an order is submitted.

- Cost of logistics in First exchange is beared by HOK. Second exchange and onwards, all costs are  beared by the customer.
